I have a playstation2 that I got from a pawn shop. Now when I go to play movies it tells me that I need a password and I got it second hand…is there another way to use it??

pop in a DVD and when the screen asks for the code, press the SELECT button, then enter in the code “7444″.
and this will make it so you can set a new password. If you want to you can write it down to remember it.
